UPDATE (13.11.2010)...The fourth event of the BJSC Burkie Junior Surf Series is to be held at Hull/Friars Well, St. Lucy on Sunday 14th November 2010. The event is being sponsored by Jada Construction.
To get there take left after Port St. Charles pass Six Mens, Keep left at Y junction, pass Fish Pot Restaurant, keep right up hill which leads to Cement Plant/Portland. Make the second left into gap to Friars Well which is at top of hill. There is a sign on electricity post on right hand which is partially broken but reads Friars Well. Folow road to beach. If lost please call Burkie 230-2456 or Gregory 231-2400 for assistance. See you on the beach
The divisions to be contested include 10& Under, 12& Under, 14& Under, Under 16 and Under 18 with 12& Under Girls and Under 18 Girls. Cost of entry is $30 for first division entered and $5 for additional divisions.
If the annual membership fees have not been settled these are due prior to the event should the competitor wish a divisional slot to be granted for event #4 .
We welcome all prospective new members, current members and families and friends for a fun filled day of surfing action.
